Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We support a 60-day return service for all products. If you are not satisfied with the received goods, or the products have quality problems, you can apply for a return within the valid return period. All returned products must keep intact outer packaging, unused state and complete accessories to meet the return acceptance standard.

2. Refund Processing Cycle

After we receive and verify the returned goods, the formal refund procedure will be initiated. The whole refund processing period is 5 to 10 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment account by the system, and the arrival time of the fund is subject to the processing rules of the payment institution.

3. Return Instructions

All return applications need to be submitted through the designated contact page. Customers need to truthfully describe the return reason and provide product related pictures as auxiliary certification. We reserve the right to review the return application, and rejected applications will be accompanied by clear written reasons.

4. Special Explanations

For products damaged due to personal use, man-made damage or loss of packaging accessories, we have the right to reject the return application. We do not accept return applications beyond the valid return period. All return and refund services are free of additional service fees.
